The shipments which will be carried out from the warehouse are performed from the shipment menu within the system. According to the integration structure with ERP systems, the shipment information can be automatically transferred to the warehouse automation system and the shipment entry can be made manually through the following screen from the system. In manual shipment entries, if any match according to number or reference in ERP system is required, then this number is added to the relevant field. In shipment creation screen, the inventories in the warehouse are displayed instantly after entering other information, shipment number and vehicle license plate number and the shipment amount is added to the order as item. The personnel responsible from planning the shipment operation in the system saves the shipment record with “SAVE” button to the system after entering the defined areas in the screen. Then, the system is ensured to send this shipment to operators as collection orders with the help of turn this shipment into work order button.
